Once placed, you can right-click and add up to 6 small plants of the same type, and 2 types if they are large.

Obtaining the Dancing Sunflower

The Dancing Sunflower is a special animated decorative block. It has no crafting recipe. You can get it by playing music on a jukebox near a sunflower in a large pot.
